Terms and Conditions

Introduction

Please kindly read these terms and conditions carefully. On booking online or signing our booking form when making reservations over the phone or by email, you are deemed to have read and accepted our Booking Conditions, and are accepting the terms of these conditions on behalf of all persons in the party.

1. Rates & Taxes

All rates are quoted into United State Dollars or Vietnam Dong. Government taxes & service charges are included. Our hotel rates are generally per room, not per person, except for promotions or tours.

2. Deposit and Cancellation

Deposit Policy

  • A deposit amount of 30% total rate or at US$ 100, whichever greater is required at booking.
  • Deposit payments can be settled by bank wire transfer, credit card or through Western Union Global Transfer.

Cancellation Policy

a. For FIT booking (group of less than 8 rooms)

For Flash Deal 20% OFF

  • This booking is non-refundable and cannot be amended or modified. Failure to arrive at our cruise will be treated as a no-show and no refund will be given.

 

For Flexible Rate Booking

  • No fee will be charged if cancelled or modified up to 8 days prior to arrival
  • Charge 50% on the first night if reservation is cancelled 07 days prior to arrival
  • Charge 100% on the first night if the reservation is cancelled 02 days prior to arrival
  • Charge 100% on the first night if the reservation is cancelled less than 2 days prior to arrival or in case of no show

 

b. For GIT booking (group from 08 to 20 rooms)

  •  No fee will be charged if cancelled or modified up to 15 days prior to arrival
  • Charge 50% on the first night if reservation is cancelled 14 days prior to arrival
  • Charge 100% on the first night if the reservation is cancelled 07 days prior to arrival
  • Charge 100% on the total room night (s) if the reservation is cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival or in case of no show

 

c. For bookings upon promotional programs: Non-refundable and non-amendable policy will be applied.


d. For bookings with hotel accommodation and cruise: They are applied with the terms and conditions of the room.


e. For bookings with cruise only with flexible rate: They are applied with the terms and conditions of Flexible Rate Bookings.
 

3. Final Payment
Final payments are due in our office or submitted online 60 days prior to the arrival date for GIT bookings and 07 days prior to the arrival date for FIT bookings. If reservations are made less than 60 days prior to the arrival date for GIT booking and less than 07 days prior to the arrival date for FIT booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. If final payments are not received on time, Paradise Suites Hotel may cancel the reservation and invoke the cancellation fee.

Except as otherwise agreed by the Merchant, Client’s payment shall be executed by cash or credit card. All credit card transaction is proceeded without bank charges.

In case where credit facilities have not been agreed with the Client/Agent, payment shall be executed by swift or telegraphic transfer to the appropriate Merchant’s bank account. Any bank charges will be levied by the sending bank relating to transfers to Merchant must be paid by the Client/Agent.

4. Refund of Unused services
No refunds or exchanges can be made in respect of accommodation, meals, sightseeing tours, transports or any other services which are included in the tour prices but not utilized by the tour member.

5. Voucher
Vouchers will be issued by Paradise Suites Hotel after the booked trip is confirmed and payment is completed. A service voucher will be sent by email/fax to passenger.

6. Liability and Insurance
Paradise Suites Hotel accepts no responsibility for any loss, injury, damage or delay due to natural disaster, political actions, weather or causes beyond the property’s control.

Travel insurance and medical precautions are essential. Your travel insurance must provide cover against personal accident, medical expenses, emergency repatriation and personal liability. We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance at the time of booking.

7. Confirmation
All confirmations are generally confirmed by return fax or e-mail within 2 working days. In case immediate confirmation is not possible, we will inform you of the booking status at the time of reservation.

8. Child Policy

  • Maximum occupancy is 2 adults and 2 children under 12 years old per room.
  • Or maximum occupancy 3 adults per room. 50% of the double room rate will be applied for the third adult including extra bed and breakfast.
  • Maximum one child under 5 years old occupying the same room with parents and utilizing existing bedding is complimentary accommodation and breakfast.
  • The second child under 5 years old occupying the same room with parents and using the existing bed is complementary to a maximum of one concerning accommodation and will be charged 50% breakfast price.
  • Children from 5 to 11 years old sharing the same room with parents will be charged as extra bed price (USD 30 per child) including extra bed and breakfast.
  • Children from 12 years and up must be provided with an extra bed and will be charged as an adult (the third adult)
  • Baby cot for infants less than 2 years old is free of charge
